Effective Date: 08/23/2026
Last Updated: 08/23/2026

This Cookie Policy explains how PhuseDraft, LLC (“PhuseDraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the PhuseDraft website and application.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers that may be stored on your device when you visit a website.

Cookies can allow a website to:

  • Remember information;

  • Maintain a login session;

  • Maintain security;

  • Understand how users interact with a service;

  • Measure performance; and

  • Provide certain functionality.

Similar technologies may include:

  • Local storage;

  • Session storage;

  • Pixels;

  • SDKs;

  • Device identifiers; and

  • Other technologies that store or access information on your device.

2. How PhuseDraft Uses Cookies

PhuseDraft may use cookies and similar technologies for several purposes.

2.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies

These technologies may be required for the Services to function.

They may be used for:

  • Authentication;

  • Account security;

  • Session management;

  • Fraud prevention;

  • Load balancing;

  • Remembering essential preferences; and

  • Providing core application functionality.

These technologies generally cannot be disabled without affecting essential functionality.

3. Functional Technologies

Functional technologies may allow PhuseDraft to remember preferences and improve your experience.

For example, they may remember:

  • Interface preferences;

  • Session settings;

  • Language preferences;

  • Certain application settings; and

  • Other choices you make while using the Services.

4. Analytics and Performance Technologies

PhuseDraft may use analytics and monitoring technologies to understand:

  • How the Services are used;

  • Which features are most useful;

  • Whether pages load correctly;

  • Where technical problems occur;

  • Platform performance;

  • Error rates; and

  • General usage patterns.

PhuseDraft's application infrastructure is provided through Base44, which currently identifies analytics, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure services within its platform ecosystem. (base44.com)

PhuseDraft will disclose directly implemented analytics technologies where required by applicable law.

5. Marketing and Advertising Technologies

PhuseDraft may in the future use technologies such as:

  • Advertising pixels;

  • Conversion tracking;

  • Retargeting technologies;

  • Campaign analytics; or

  • Similar marketing technologies.

If we implement non-essential advertising or tracking technologies that require consent under applicable law, we will provide an appropriate consent mechanism before activating them.

PhuseDraft does not currently represent that a particular advertising technology is active merely because the technology is supported by one of our third-party service providers.

6. Third-Party Technologies

Some cookies or similar technologies may be placed or controlled by third-party service providers.

Our current technology ecosystem may include:

Third-party providers may update their technologies from time to time.

7. Dodo Payments

When you access payment or checkout functionality provided by Dodo Payments, Dodo and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for payment, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and checkout functionality.

Dodo Payments may separately process information under its own privacy policies and terms.

You should review Dodo Payments' applicable privacy documentation for additional information.

8. Managing Cookies

Depending on your browser, device, and location, you may be able to:

  • Block cookies;

  • Delete existing cookies;

  • Restrict third-party cookies;

  • Receive notifications when cookies are set; or

  • Use private browsing modes.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain PhuseDraft features from working correctly.

9. Consent

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, PhuseDraft will provide an appropriate consent mechanism.

Depending on the jurisdiction, you may be able to:

  • Accept non-essential cookies;

  • Reject non-essential cookies; or

  • Configure your preferences by category.

Where required, we will respect applicable withdrawal or preference mechanisms.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or similar signal.

Because there is currently no universally accepted technical standard for interpreting every such signal, PhuseDraft may not respond to all browser-based Do Not Track signals in the same manner.

Where applicable law requires us to recognise a legally recognised opt-out signal, we will comply with the applicable requirements.

11. Changes to Cookies

We may add, remove, or modify cookies and similar technologies as the Services evolve.

If changes materially affect your privacy rights or require additional consent, we may update this Policy and/or our consent mechanism.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically.

The updated version will display a new “Last Updated” date.
