This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes rules governing acceptable use of the PhuseDraft Services.

This AUP forms part of the PhuseDraft Terms of Service. By using PhuseDraft, you agree to comply with this Policy.


1. Purpose

PhuseDraft is designed to help writers develop stories, screenplays, characters, outlines, beat sheets, and other creative material.

Our goal is to provide a productive creative environment while protecting users, third parties, our infrastructure, and the integrity of the platform.


2. Lawful Use

You must use PhuseDraft only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services to violate:

  • Applicable laws;

  • Regulations;

  • Court orders;

  • Intellectual-property rights;

  • Privacy rights;

  • Contractual obligations; or

  • Other legally protected rights.


3. Intellectual Property

You may not use PhuseDraft to knowingly:

  • Infringe copyright;

  • Infringe trademarks;

  • Misappropriate trade secrets;

  • Violate publicity rights;

  • Violate privacy rights;

  • Circumvent technological protection measures; or

  • Distribute material you do not have the right to distribute.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions for material you submit.


4. User Content

You must not submit User Content that:

  • You do not have the right to use;

  • Contains another person's confidential information without authorisation;

  • Contains stolen credentials or financial information;

  • Knowingly contains malware;

  • Is intended to compromise another person's account or system; or

  • Violates applicable law.

PhuseDraft does not generally pre-screen all User Content and therefore cannot guarantee that prohibited material will never appear on the platform.


5. Abuse of the Platform

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits;

  • Circumvent authentication;

  • Probe or scan systems without permission;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access;

  • Interfere with platform infrastructure;

  • Introduce malicious software;

  • Overload or disrupt the Services;

  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks;

  • Reverse engineer security mechanisms;

  • Scrape private information;

  • Harvest user information;

  • Use automated systems to create abusive traffic; or

  • Attempt to circumvent technical safeguards.


6. Account Abuse

You may not:

  • Share credentials in a way that violates your subscription;

  • Access another person's account;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Create accounts for deceptive purposes;

  • Use stolen payment information;

  • Circumvent account suspension;

  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions; or

  • Provide false information to obtain restricted features.


7. Fraud and Financial Abuse

You may not use PhuseDraft to:

  • Commit payment fraud;

  • Use stolen payment credentials;

  • Manipulate subscriptions;

  • Abuse refunds;

  • Conduct fraudulent transactions;

  • Launder funds; or

  • Facilitate financial crime.

Suspected payment fraud may be referred to the relevant payment provider or authorities where appropriate.


8. Harmful or Illegal Activity

You may not use PhuseDraft to facilitate:

  • Fraud;

  • Identity theft;

  • Cyberattacks;

  • Malware distribution;

  • Credential theft;

  • Extortion;

  • Blackmail;

  • Threats;

  • Stalking;

  • Human trafficking;

  • Terrorist activity;

  • Violent criminal activity; or

  • Other unlawful conduct.


9. Harassment and Abuse

You may not use PhuseDraft to target individuals with:

  • Credible threats;

  • Persistent harassment;

  • Doxxing;

  • Non-consensual disclosure of private information;

  • Intimidation;

  • Malicious impersonation; or

  • Other abusive conduct.

Creative writing may contain fictional depictions of difficult or disturbing subjects. Context matters.

The existence of violence, conflict, crime, or other sensitive subject matter in a fictional story does not by itself constitute a violation of this Policy.


10. Sexual and Exploitative Content

You may not use PhuseDraft to generate or distribute sexual content involving minors or to facilitate sexual exploitation.

You may not use the Services to create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or other sexual material involving identifiable individuals without appropriate consent.

Fictional adult romance or non-explicit mature themes may be permitted subject to applicable law and PhuseDraft's product rules.


11. Privacy and Personal Information

You must not use PhuseDraft to collect, expose, or distribute another person's personal information without appropriate authority or lawful basis.

You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI features.

Examples include:

  • Passwords;

  • Authentication credentials;

  • Financial account numbers;

  • Government identification numbers;

  • Private medical information;

  • Private communications; and

  • Sensitive personal information belonging to another person.


12. Deception and Impersonation

You may not use PhuseDraft to impersonate another person for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

This restriction does not prohibit legitimate creative writing, fictional characters, parody, satire, screenwriting, or other lawful creative expression.


13. AI-Specific Abuse

You may not use PhuseDraft's AI features to:

  • Circumvent AI safety controls;

  • Systematically probe model vulnerabilities;

  • Extract system prompts or confidential instructions;

  • Attempt to reconstruct private information;

  • Automate abusive requests;

  • Generate malware;

  • Facilitate cyberattacks;

  • Facilitate fraud;

  • Generate non-consensual intimate content;

  • Facilitate exploitation; or

  • Otherwise misuse AI systems in violation of applicable law or provider requirements.


14. Reverse Engineering and Scraping

You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:

  • Reverse engineer the Services;

  • Decompile software;

  • Attempt to discover source code;

  • Scrape private platform data;

  • Extract proprietary datasets;

  • Circumvent rate limits;

  • Circumvent technical access controls; or

  • Build a competing service through unauthorised automated extraction.


15. Automated Access

Automated access is permitted only where expressly authorised by PhuseDraft.

You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated systems to:

  • Create accounts at scale;

  • Generate excessive AI requests;

  • Circumvent usage limits;

  • Extract proprietary information;

  • Overload infrastructure; or

  • Interfere with normal platform operations.


16. Security Research

PhuseDraft supports responsible security research.

You must not conduct security testing against PhuseDraft without appropriate authorisation.

If you discover a potential vulnerability, please report it responsibly rather than exploiting it.

17. Enforcement

PhuseDraft may take reasonable action when it believes this Policy has been violated.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

  • Warning the user;

  • Restricting a feature;

  • Limiting usage;

  • Removing prohibited material where appropriate;

  • Suspending an account;

  • Terminating an account;

  • Blocking access;

  • Referring matters to service providers; or

  • Referring suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities where legally appropriate.

We consider the severity, frequency, intent, and potential harm associated with the conduct when determining an appropriate response.


18. Appeals

If you believe your account was restricted or terminated incorrectly, you may contact PhuseDraft and request a review.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Services, technology, laws, or security requirements change.

Material changes may be communicated through the Services, email, or other reasonable methods.
